Cloud Spreadsheet – Browser Requirements

To keep your device secure, you should keep your web browser up to date. Our MalgraBooks Cloud Spreadsheet service runs on the secure Microsoft Azure Office environment, designed to allow access to the system from any up to date browser.

  • Modern browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari) should update automatically, as long as auto-updates are enabled in the browser
  • Microsoft Edge receives updates through Windows Update, therefore it’s important you run the required updates as soon as they become available

To use our Cloud Spreadsheets, you’ll need to be running the latest version of the operating system for your device. If you’re on a laptop or desktop this should be Windows 10, and for Apple Mac, use OSX 10.10 or later.

The below browsers are known to work with our cloud spreadsheets. If you do not have the latest browser available, you can download the browser from the relevant provider.

Supported Operating Systems and Browsers

Below is a list of operating systems and browsers which work on these. If you do not have one of the browsers listed, you can click any option to be taken to the relevant page for installation.

*Windows 8.1 may work providing the browsers are the latest version. However please ensure you upgrade to Windows 10 or 11 when possible to receive security updates.

Unsupported Systems

We do not recommend using Tablet devices or Mobile devices to complete your accounts, as some functionality may be lost when using the system.

Any system or browser which hasn’t been listed above has not been tested with the Malgra Cloud Spreadsheet system.
